This coffee is grown above 2000m, processed naturally, then sun dried. This bean is a great balance of the sweet, tart, and bright flavors common to Africa’s best Naturals.

This roast is light pushing medium. Being espresso and cold brew season, I sought to pull out the full flavor profile of the bean, including some of the rich Smokey notes my lighter roasts will often omit. The aroma is caramel and butter. In the cup you’ll taste grape, blackberry, and lemon.
This roast is excellent as espresso, and pour over. If you have the opportunity to try it as a nitro cold brew, you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
