Whether you have hired a traditional coffee 'cart' caterer before or not, we assure you that there is no substitute or alternative for the excitement that the Fitzroy Coffee Gondola will bring to your guests.
What We Need To Know
Ready to book us? Great! We’re excited to work with you! We just need to know a few pieces of information to give you the most accurate quote possible. When you reach out, please have the following information ready:
- Date(s) and Time(s) of event
- Type of Service Desired
- Guest Count
- Special needs
- A Description of Building and Parking Access

Once we provide a quote, we’ll send you a digital invoice for 50% of the total service fee as a deposit to secure your service date and time. The remainder is do on the day of service.
For single day events, we’ll typically show up 45-60 minutes before our scheduled service time for set up. Unless otherwise arranged, we will required access to stable power, in the form of 2 or more 20 Amp 110v power outlets.
For events under 250 people we bring everything we require to serve your guests, including staff, condiments, ice, cups, coolers, power cords, tables, tents, and more. As long as we have any easy load in, parking, and power, we are ready to go.
For events over 250 people, or without onsite power, we will coordinate with you to address any additional service considerations.
Multi-day events typically require more planning, but we're pros. As long as we have access to fresh potable water, refrigeration or ice, and consistent power, we can make it work. Give us a call to discuss details for your event. We'd love to work with you!
